T3 – Traverse, Take, Transform
What comes to our mind when we talk of the term ‘Organizational Transformation’? For most of us, it would be about re-layering of the hierarchy of the firm and/or the perks and the pay packages that the employees earn and how they make people happy. Would there be anything beyond this? Key element for transformation is: If we were to dig deeper and find out, we will realize that a very key element in transforming an organization is transforming an individual; it is about enabling and empowering an employee and to make him feel that he belongs to the firm; ownership – what makes an employee really feel that he/she owns it? The solution proposed here includes instilling a sense of ownership at all levels in an organization or a team.
